On 5.23.26 at 10am we decided to go with HD on some paint that we needed for an entire house. We wanted to use our Home Depot card so we went there. My wife and I go almost every 2 weeks there and spend roughly about 3-4 hundred every purchase because of the great service. However yesterday the people in the paint department need at attitude adjustment. It's quite simple, if you don't need the job... Do not come. If you're not wanting to service customers, DON'T COME. I asked the customer service area to call the store manager and it was like I was trying to book a Last minute meeting with the President of The United States. Talk about ridiculous.

I didn’t realize that walking into the Laredo Home Depot plumbing section was actually a secret audition for a remake of Cast Away. I’ve been standing here among the PVC pipes for so long that I’ve started naming the different fittings just to have someone to talk to. I’ve flagged down every single person in an orange apron. It’s like a synchronized dance routine… its almost like as they see me coming with a "plumbing question" look in my eye, they hit me with the legendary catchphrase, β€œOoops, that’s not my department, but I’ll call someone over." I’m convinced "someone" is a mythical creature that doesn't actually exist!!!! I waited so long that the guy next to me, who was looking for the exact same elbow joint, and I eventually started a small support group. We considered starting a campfire and foraging for snacks in the breakroom just to survive the night. When a "specialist" finally did wander by, looking like they’d rather be literally anywhere else on Earth, it was clear we were speaking two different languages. I asked for a compression coupling and they looked at me like I was reciting Shakespeare in the original Klingon. The bare minimum isn't even being met here, the ba

Great availability of products! I especially appreciate the ease of ordering through the app as well as the quick and friendly services received through curbside pick up!

This by far this is the number one most awful Home Depot I've ever been to. The parking is super bad. You cannot tell where the lines are. Every aisle is blocked by material. It's crazy whoever wants to get a lawsuit going should come to this store!!! They could get hurt in a minute, especially kids. Very dangerous!!!!! I can't believe this store is open! Saw several lazy employees!
